Divine Dance

Classic traditional styles blend with a modern sensibility, forging a meditative and prayerful mood sustained throughout. The mostly Hebrew texts follow the typical order of a service, beginning with introductory prayers, leading through to concluding worship pieces. English lyrics are woven into several selections, integrated through “call and response,” or counterpoint. The 13 tracks cover a diversity of genres including, Latin, classic and modern jazz, folk, new age, pop rock, reggae, R&B and world-beat.
